RezumeAI is an AI-powered resume tailoring platform that uses large language models to help users adapt their resumes to specific job descriptions. The Service includes resume storage, AI analysis, CV generation, and application tracking features. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to RezumeAI, including resume text and personal information (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant RezumeAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your resume data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
RezumeAI uses third-party AI models (including Groq and Llama 3.3) to generate tailored resume content. AI-generated output is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content before using it in job applications. RezumeAI does not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of match scores.
You agree not to: (a) upload false, misleading, or fabricated professional information; (b) use the Service to generate content for others for commercial gain without authorization; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI infrastructure; (d) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The RezumeAI platform, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by RezumeAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezumeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
